Shipping policy
COVERAGE & CARRIERS:
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- The carrier who delivers your order will be USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be able to track your order at that time.
- We currently only ship within the U.S.
- Your order may require a signature release upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING:
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/EDITS/DAMAGES:
- If you would like to edit or cancel an order, our customer service team must be notified within 2 hours of when the order was placed. If the order is placed outside of business hours, please notify customer service as soon as possible and the order will be adjusted in the first two hours of the next business day. After the 2-hour window, we will not be able to cancel or make edits to the order.
- We are not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly at check out. If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, customer service must be notified within the 2-hour window to make the corrections. After the 2-hour window, we will not be able to cancel or make edits to the order and we will not be able to submit a refund for the error.
- If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the carrier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service artwinepr@gmail.com as soon as possible for next steps. You must keep the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (except U.S. holidays). In the event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be notified via E-Mail.Β The cutoff for 2 Day and Next Day shipping is 11:00am EST. If your expedited shipping order is placed after 11:00am EST it will ship the following business day.
